What this site is, and isn't

Dublin Favourites is a directory of independent businesses in Dublin, organised by what they do and where they are. We start from open map data, check each place against its own website, and write a short description ourselves. There are no star ratings and no user reviews: the write-up tells you what a place is, who it suits and what to expect, and the links take you to the business itself.
